We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale.

Yes, all LORI-LORI jewelry comes with a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage or natural wear and tear.
